Erna Droesbeke will introduce you to the art of card reading and fortune-telling. These Large Lenormand Cards are one of a kind! Get answers to important life questions.
Use the Grand Lenormand Cards to answer questions about love, work, finances, health, and more. Shortly after the death of the world-renowned Mlle Lenormand (1772–1843), a divination deck consisting of 54 cards was created. To this day, no one knows who created these cards, but they are attributed to the knowledge, divination techniques, and spiritual legacy of the aforementioned French clairvoyant. Moral dilemmas and problematic situations—which are inherent to life itself—were depicted, interpreted, and explained during that period using the symbolism found in mythological or biblical stories. These stories served as a guide to gaining greater insight into earthly existence. The Greater Lenormand deck is divided into five sections, corresponding to the five most important themes of life: love, health, work, financial situation, and the timeframe in which events occur. Each theme includes references to astrology, alchemy, floral symbolism, the meaning of letters and numbers, and the influence of gemstones and metals. Simple scenes illustrate real-life situations. At first glance, the Grand Lenormand seems very complicated. But… just as Erna Droesbeke wrote the foundational book back in 1987 to teach people how to interpret the 36 Small Lenormand cards, so too does she present the reader with an exceptionally powerful interpretive tool in this book on the Greater Lenormand. It is to her credit that the deck of the Greater Lenormand cards is now accessible to anyone who wishes to unravel the mystery of life. In this way, the Grand Lenormand becomes an initiation into the art of card reading and divination. This set includes: 54 cards + a practical handbook
