Our gemstones are carefully selected from reliable sources around the world. We work exclusively with suppliers who guarantee fair and sustainable mining practices.
Are the photos of the stones representative of what I'll receive?
Every stone is unique. Therefore, the colors, shapes, and patterns may vary slightly from the photo. We do our best to give you as accurate a picture as possible of what to expect.
Should I clean and recharge my gemstone?
Yes! Gemstones absorb energy. That's why it's important to clean and recharge them regularly. On every gemstone page, you'll find a section explaining how to do this. Here you'll find our charging and discharging kit.
How do I clean and charge my stone?
There are several ways to do this, such as using sage, in moonlight, or with our charging and discharging kit. You’ll find instructions in the “Cleaning and Charging” section at the bottom of each gemstone page.
What if I want to return my order?
No problem! You can return your order within 14 days. This does not apply to the following products:
-Oil products whose seals have been broken;
-Products that are custom-made or tailored to individual preferences (such as personalized jewelry or memorial stones);
-Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
-Precious stones or minerals whose value is highly dependent on market fluctuations.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely using iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All our payments are processed through a secure connection. You can also pay in cash at our store.
