Rock crystal promotes concentration. It helps you think clearly and adopt a neutral and impartial attitude. The stone makes you energetic, strong-willed, and goal-oriented, and can therefore be a great help in solving problems. Rock crystal has a loving, harmonious, and pure energy, especially when combined with rose quartz and amethyst—the so-called “Golden Triangle.”.
De lichamelijke werking van Bergkristal…
Rock crystal has a purifying, revitalizing, and cooling effect on the body. The stone promotes the body’s self-healing ability. It is an excellent stone for treating burns. It has pain-relieving and fever-reducing properties. In addition, this stone stimulates the immune system and restores the body’s balance. Rock crystal is often used to reduce swelling, nausea, and diarrhea. Because it helps alleviate nausea, rock crystal is an excellent stone to take with you when traveling to help prevent motion sickness or seasickness.
Cleaning and charging…
Rock crystal can be cleansed or charged in any way. We recommend placing it in hematite to properly discharge it. Charging isn’t strictly necessary because it essentially does this on its own. However, you can give it an extra boost by, for example, placing the stone under a full moon or using Palo Santo.
Crystals and other spiritual products are never a substitute for traditional medicine. Therefore, if you have any symptoms or serious mental health issues, always consult a doctor.
