Chalcedony with Goethite – rough – 122 grams
This unique rough piece of chalcedony with goethite from Morocco weighs approximately 122 grams and measures about 7 x 5 x 3 cm. The specimen consists of a dark brown to rust-brown goethite matrix with several natural cavities in which light gray chalcedony crystals have grown. Particularly striking is the central cavity with bright blue-green crystals, which creates a beautiful color contrast with the surrounding white and gray crystal growth. The combination of the raw matrix, the lustrous crystals, and the striking mineral structures makes this a unique and geologically interesting specimen.
