Each instrument has 8 metal rods of varying lengths, soldered with silver into a metal ring. The rods are carefully tuned to refine the interaction of tones and overtones into a circular flow of harmonies.
The collection consists of five different moods.
Chrystalide – Lente, Sunray – Zomer, Twilight – Herfst en Blue moon – Winter, deze corresponderen met de vier seizoenen. Sufi verbeeldt de wervelende dans die de seizoenen harmonieus met elkaar verbindt.
They feature a unique design and beautiful, blending colors. This creation was made using a special marbling technique. The pattern on each wind chime is unique. Therefore, the Zaphir you receive may look slightly different from the one in the photo.
The five different moods are associated with the five seasons and the five elements (Feng Shui)

Golden Ratio:
De verhoudingen van de Zaphir gong komen overeen met de ‘Golden Ratio’-principes van Da Vinci, en de windchimes zijn daardoor dus verzekerd van een optimaal geluid en resonantie.
Afmetingen van de Zaphir gong : hoogte +/- 125 mm, breed +/- 65 mm – totale lengte van de gong : ongeveer 40 cm.

Most of the materials used are natural and recyclable.
The protective varnish layers and paint on the Zaphir gong are eco-friendly.
The wooden parts are coated with wax.
Out of service:
For outdoor use, it's best to hang them in a dry place, such as in an open window or under
a canopy.
Like many other items used outdoors, regular maintenance with varnish or oil will help protect the Zaphir gong, but we cannot prevent the negative effects of the weather from causing the colors to fade.
